Home Fries

So one thing that I make frequently because they are quick easy, and delicious are home fires or hash brown potatoes. I make them with almost anything steak, sandwiches, or breakfast.

Home Fries

2 Large Servings
3 Russet Potatoes
2 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Teaspoon Paprika
Salt and Pepper to your liking ( I used 1/2 teaspoon each)
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Oregano

1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat than add the olive oil allow to heat for a few minutes.

2. Scrub the potatoes and then cut into small cubes. Add potatoes to the pan, keep the potatoes moving so they don't stick to the pan. Salt and pepper, and every so often continue stirring the potatoes

3. Add the butter and give the potatoes a few more minutes to cook then add the paprika, garlic powder, and oregano.

4. Cook the potatoes until they are fork tender usually like 5-10 minutes total.
